Meet Our Coaches

Our team is small by design

Each of our coaches brings something unique and special to the team

They were intentionally selected based on their advanced training in leadership coaching, the theories of adult development, spirituality, human behavior and/or the neuroscience of change.

Backgrounds like these enable our coaches to provide you with a deep and nuanced level of support and an approach that matches what you'll most need to create sustainable change in how you lead. In addition, their extensive corporate and entrepreneurial experience allows our coaches to quickly absorb and deeply empathize with you and your current circumstances.

And that’s not all. They love the work they do and are doing the work they were meant to do. We believe that's what you'll notice most.

"Karen’s coaching is extremely helpful to executives faced with changing organizations.
She has a great perspective on executive roles during a change, and was able to help me
and several others at our company remain effective during a rapid shift in culture.
Her ability to help you identify what really motivates you and how you can best channel
that motivation into greater effectiveness was key to helping me understand,
and then manage through, what were at times conflicting expectations."

Meet Our Coaches

Karen Konrath

Karen Konrath

Owner & Leadership Coach

Karen founded Transitions Coaching with one purpose in mind: to help people lead, work and live more humanly, because she knows firsthand this is not easy. However, Karen also believes that humans have the capacity to grow and change. She’s learned that every one of us has the potential to become the leader we most want to be in our organizations, our careers and our lives. So whether she’s working with individuals in a 1:1 coaching engagement or facilitating group coaching conversations, what you’ll notice most is her passion to help people find ways to engage in work and life more authentically and oftentimes, more courageously.

Karen’s work is deeply informed by numerous developmental theories and frameworks.  Coaching from this space helps people "see" their current internal operating system and where upgrades are most needed to live and work in a way that’s in alignment with their highest aspirations.

Karen’s coaching enables people to cope more effectively with uncertainty and ambiguity, assists them in growing and enhancing their perspective taking capabilities, and helps them more easily take on the skills and capacities most required to work alongside others including empathy and compassion.

Karen has worked with CEOs, vice presidents, directors, mid-level managers and emerging leaders focused on developing in such areas as executive presence, communication & relationship building skills, change/transition management, conflict management/resolution, delegation, feedback and other key leadership competencies.

Danine Casper

Leadership Coach

Danine has held leadership positions in education, ministry and healthcare and has been helping people tap into their creative potential for more than 25 years.

Danine understands being a leader is synonymous with being human. She learned being vulnerable and adapting to change expanded her capacity for deeper connections and a more fulfilling life and career. She encourages those she works with to embrace opportunities to become more human as they become the leader they desire to be.

The complexity leaders encounter today requires a new way of thinking about the paradoxical nature of leadership; i.e., an effective leader must focus on the business and focus on the people; be self-assured and be humble; give freedom and hold responsible. Danine helps leaders identify the tensions that hold them back from being more effective and gain awareness for a both/and approach to decision making that creates desired results. In the process leaders take on new perspectives that help them see others more clearly and strengthens relationships.

Danine works with executives, directors, managers and emerging leaders in a variety of industries. What they all have in common is a desire to find more meaning in their leadership. What you will notice about Danine’s coaching is that she helps leaders care for their mind, body and spirit, so the best in them can help bring out the best in others.

Christy SiegleChristy Siegle

Career & Leadership Coach

Christy has a passion for helping others become the best versions of themselves, both personally and professionally. She knows that when you spend the time to realize your strengths, values, and skills, you improve your relationships, maximize your potential, and perform your best.

As a talent acquisition leader in a Fortune 500 company, Christy learned that developing courageously as a leader is the key to creating high engagement and achieving exceptional results. Most importantly, she recognized how personal growth can make work more fun and fulfilling.

Developing as a leader often takes a back seat to more pressing responsibilities at work and at home. Self-development is also sometimes sidelined because, as humans, we tend to resist what makes us uncomfortable. Christy encourages the people she works with to embrace the vulnerability that is required to learn and transform. On her own journey, Christy learned that personal exploration takes courage, and now she’s enthusiastic about helping other leaders push their boundaries and uncover the insights that will lead to their own growth.

Christy’s depth of experience in talent acquisition helps her partner with and support her clients as they discover a career path leading them towards work they love. Her coaching fosters open and honest communication that builds trust. She helps people enter their own transformations with curiosity and confidence to become more effective at work and improve every aspect of their lives.
